Here are some examples of the PEV (Personal Electric Vehicle) range available from eRide Solutions

Electric Scooters (E-Scooters):

E-Scooters have come of age and moved from being a glorified kids toy to an efficient, modern mode of transport.

Lightweight and highly portable, there is nothing easier than popping one in the car boot or hopping on and zipping to that customer across town where the parking is terrible.

Scooters vary in performance from modest to madness, the lower end cruising at around 25kmh, the fastest at over 100kmh! For multiple-user business use, we usually recommend a simple, entry-level model that is easy to control, robust, and one-size-fits-all so can be ridden by any staff member

The InMotion Air Pro at 17kg, 35km range and 400W power output is an excellent choice for a fleet scooter

Electric Bikes (E-Bikes)

E-Bikes have created an entirely new class of cyclist, and turned many a sweaty and tiring journey into an easy cruise. ‘As easy as riding a bike’ comes to mind, and with frame styles and sizes to suit everyone, an e-bike is something that all team members can easily get to grips with.

The bikes we supply are from NZ company Watt Wheels, and ‘Consumer Magazine Recommended’. We love that we can supply a quality product that also supports a New Zealand business.
Perfect for deliveries, client visits, and commuting, there is also a Government-sponsored ‘Employer E-Bike Purchase Support Scheme’ to help employees with private e-bike ownership. We are affiliated with this scheme.

The Watt Wheels Bighorn, available in low-step and crossbar frame styles, is practical, powerful, and so easy to ride

Electric Mopeds (E-Mopeds, also confusingly referred to as Electric Scooters)

Electric Mopeds are a more recent transport category to join the electrification movement, but interest is building, and the easy adoption comes from the fact that their use is identical to that of their petrol-powered counterparts, except they are silent, produce no smoke or smells, require little maintenance and use no petrol!

We offer the Yadea range, Yadea being the world’s largest producer of electric mopeds, so they know a thing or two about how to build a good one.

The moped can be ridden on any car licence from a learners at age 16, requires no WOF (although we recommend an annual safety check-over), and is a perfect local-area machine for visits and deliveries. Mopeds are restricted by law to 50kmh, and as such cannot be used on motorways.

The Yadea G5 is a futuristic-looking electric moped scooter, available with options on battery choice varying from traditional lead-acid to cutting-edge lithium-ion
